Many of the Chinese medical workers haven’t met their family or even got a chance to go home since the outbreak. Over 10,000 medical workers from all over the country have given up their family time to come all the way to Wuhan to offer support.

These medical workers have chosen to stand up to the challenges despite of the severe outbreak. Working on the front line, they have to face not only the great number of caseload but also extremely high risk of infection. So far there have been over 1,000 medical workers diagnosed with COVID-19.

In a time when everyone is terror-stricken at the news of the virus, these fighters in white have stepped forward bravely to protect their 1.4 billion compatriots.

To support these self-sacrificing medical workers, Ai You Foundation has launched “Backup for Angels” project with 1 million RMB as the start-up fund to raise fund for front line medical workers, technicians and logisticians, as well as raise social awareness for support and care for them.
